i cried

have you ever cried because you had such bad diarrhea?  i have this probably at least once  a year… where i feel no shame crying in the toilet because it genuinely hurts that bad.

i got up in the middle of the night because somehow i knew in my sleep that i was going to poop my pants if i didn’t get up. and ,i cried and repented of all my sins and asked God to take this pain away for the past 30 minutes.

i apologize for blogging about this.  but, i wanted some sympathy.

Dealing with problems is a part of life.   Being too comfortable with it is obviously unhealthy but being too unwelcoming to it is also unhealthy.  This life is full of problems and tensions and I just gotta learn how to react to those moments and move.
